The Château Cadenette is deep red.
Fruit ripening has been conducted far, giving a powerful wine with pronounced aromas of licorice, black fruits or prunes.

It is ideal served accompanied by grilled meats or cold meats.

The Merlot

Merlot is the product of vines that are over 30 years old. It is vinified in long maceration.
Ruby color, it has the nose of red fruits, with great flexibility and blends perfectly with the cuisine of our region.

The Siracanta

The Siracanta is a powerful red wine yet full of delicacy.

The notes of cherries mixed with blackcurrant on a final vanilla seduce by their objective qualities: elegance, freshness, length.

The name Siracanta is a pure invention.

It evokes the Syrah very present in the domain but also the numerous pyracanthas that surround & protect the property.
Manual harvest. Aging potential: 5 yearse

L'Yeuse

Cépages : Syrah & Grenache issus de Vieilles Vignes

Maturing in barrels for one year.
Very powerful and complex nose, combining aromas of very ripe fruit (raspberries, blackberries), pepper and oriental spices, aromatic herbs (garrigue & mint).
A lot of volume and richness in attack with a very fine grain of tannin and a very long finish on spices, licorice and mineral notes.

To be tasted on red meats, lamb, game, cheeses type Saint-Nectaire, Rocamadour.
